  2. 5. Cancellation Policy
    1. a) User-Initiated Cancellations:
      1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
      2. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for any portion of the subscription period remaining after cancellation.

      1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of service, or non-payment.

    4. d) Reactivation:
      1. You may reactivate your canceled subscription at any time through your account settings. We may retain your account information and preferences for a limited time after cancellation; however, we do not guarantee the preservation of any user data after account termination

If you have any questions or need help with cancellation, please contact support at: support@laiwyer.com
